There are many styles of Chinese Kungfu, some are based on animals that exist. Other styles have their foundation in mythical creatures like the Dragon in this case a standing tall Monkey the Bigfoot, or Sasquatch.

It is a bit of a strange style which i practised from.1985 until around 1993. The style is short and direct and has some Wing Chun elemenfs so it seems but also circular motion.

I studied the Hiw Chuen Monkey art under gm Fred Decramer and he took this art from Indonesia. ( many Chinese in Indonesia ).

Recently i have decided to record much of the stuff for the SRMAA aa a video course. Here is a small trailer i have made for that course.

It looks great and effective, thank you for sharing. Unfortunately many styles of martial arts today are practiced by a practitioner alone which makes them difficult to apply in real situations. Many, even black belts have been defeated by simple street fighters because they were not able to apply their skills in real situation. It's is great to see that your school teaches two man forms and the application of techniques to real life situations.

If you have more videos or even information please feel free to share it with us.
