Last year the Busan Cinema Center's BIFF theater was filled with audiences for the first time in 3 years, without social distancing. This year, the Busan International Film Festival has once again been renewed as one which cooperates with the audience through various programs. Last year there were:

Official Selection: 242 films from 71 countries
- World + International Premiere: 101 films
- World Premiere: 88 films
- International Premiere: 13 films
Community BIFF: 111 films
