In its 19th year, POV XIX remains bold and proactive with the theme Bagong S19Io: Atin and Kwento. With the easing of pandemic-related restrictions, POV XIX is bringing the annual film festival competition back home, at UPFI Film Center's Cine Adarna. As we redeem this space for cinematic discourse, POV also aims to reclaim the narrative of the people by giving a platform for the Filipino youth to share their films and untold stories that are yet to be delivered to the big screen. For the first time ever, POV will be opening the film competition not only to college students, but also to senior high school students to further amplify the voice of the youth.
