The Human Rights Arts and Film Festival will be hosted in various cities around Australia in 2024 from 4 to 9 May 2024.

Artists and creatives have always been at the vanguard of social change – we turn to them to hold a mirror to the uneasy truths of our times and reflect our stories.
Sometimes those stories are uncomfortable and challenging, sometimes inspiring and hopeful - all of them have a place at the
Human Rights Arts & Film Festival.

The Human Rights Arts & Film Festival is a not-for-profit organisation that supports communities to realise human rights in the present and into the future through the experience of film and art. Our aim is to shift power and gaze, and bring social justice and creative communities closer together in our programming.

Our vision is a vibrant and equitable human rights community, culture and conversation in Australia.
